The monthly USTA Player Development Player and Coach Honor Roll recognizes the top performing young Americans and their coaches each month. Here’s a look at some of the most outstanding performances turned in by American tennis players ages 20 and younger in May:

Christian Alshon (July 8, 2000), Boca Raton, Fla. – Singles semifinals and doubles champion at a Grade 4 ITF junior event in Delray Beach, Fla.; doubles champion at a Grade 4 ITF junior event in Plantation, Fla. He is coached by Eleazar Magallan.

Usue Arconada (Oct. 28, 1998), College Park, Md. – Singles semifinals at a $25,000 USTA Pro Circuit event in Naples, Fla. She is coached by Frank Salazar.

Chloe Beck (Aug. 30, 2001), Watkinsville, Ga. – Singles semifinals at a Grade 4 ITF junior event in Delray Beach, Fla.; doubles champion at the Grade 4 ITF junior event in Coral Gables, Fla. She is coached by her father, Mike.

CiCi Bellis (Apr. 8, 1999), Atherton, Calif. – Singles quarterfinals at the WTA International event in Rabat, Morocco. She is coached by her mother, Lori, and Anibal Aranda.

John Bernard (Aug. 14, 2001), Naples, Fla. – Singles semifinals at the Grade 4 ITF junior event in San Jose, Costa Rica. He is coached by Rene Gomez.

Angelica Blake (Oct. 23, 2000), Boca Raton, Fla. – Singles finalist at a Grade 4 ITF junior event in Delray Beach, Fla. She is coached by Nick Saviano.

Joshua Bode (Oct. 19, 1999), Austin, Texas – Doubles champion at the Grade 4 ITF junior event in San Jose, Costa Rica, and at the Grade 5 ITF junior event in El Salvador. He is coached by Peter Lundgren.

Elysia Bolton (March 24, 2000, Cold Spring Harbor, N.Y.) – Singles finalist at a Grade 1 ITF junior event in Casablanca, Morocco. She is coached by Mark Bey and Jay Devashetty.

Anna Brylin (March 12, 2000), Short Hills, N.J. – Singles semifinals at the Grade 4 ITF junior event in Plantation, Fla.

Hanna Chang (Feb. 25, 1998), Fontana, Calif. – Singles semifinals at the $15,000 pro circuit event in Sangju, Korea. She is coached by Lito Lasin.

Kylie Collins (Dec. 4, 2002), Savannah, Ga. – Doubles champion at a Grade 4 ITF junior event in Delray Beach, Fla.
