William Blumberg, (1/26/1998), Greenwich, Conn.: Blumberg won the boys’ 14s title at the USTA Spring National Championships in Rancho Mirage, Calif. Blumberg trains at the USTA Training Center-East in Flushing, N.Y., and previously trained with various coaches.
Madison Bourguignon, (9/19/1997), Boynton Beach, Fla.: Bourguignon captured the ITF World Junior Circuit title at the ITF Junior Circuit in Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago. She trains primarily with coach Lawrence Carpio at L’Academie de Tenis in France.
Brooke Broda, (10/10/1995), West Chester, Ohio: Broda won her first career national title at the USTA Girls’ 16s Spring National Championships in Rancho Mirage, Calif. She trains at the Queen City Racquet Club in Cincinnati with Coach Chris Hemingway.
Nicole Conard, (3/4/2000), Boca Raton, Fla.: Conard won her first career national title at the USTA Girls’ 12s Spring National Championships in Delray Beach, Fla. She is coached by her father, Peter Gordon.
Nicholas Crystal, (6/14/1995), Waccabuc, N.Y.: Crystal captured consecutive ITF World Junior Circuit titles at the ITF Junior Circuit in Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago, and the Grand Prix du Conseil General in Gosier, Guadaloupe. He is coached by Ben Ncube.
Joseph Di Giulio, (6/16/1995), Newport Beach, Calif.: Di Giulio captured the USTA Boys’ 16s Spring National Championships in Rancho Mirage, Calif. He trains at the Advantage Tennis Academy in Irvine, Calif., with coach Mahmoud Karim.
Alexios Halebian, (6/8/1994), Glendale, Calif.: Halebian reached his first career ITF World Junior final at the Easter Bowl in Rancho Mirage, Calif. He trains at the USTA Training Center Headquarters in Boca Raton, Fla., with Coach Dustin Taylor.
Emma Higuchi, (2/1/2998), Los Angeles: Higuchi won her first career national title at the USTA Girls’ 14s Spring National Championships in Rancho Mirage, Calif., and reached the girls’ 16s final at the USTA International Spring Championships in Carson, Calif. She trains at the USTA Training Center-West in Carson, Calif., with USTA Coach Marc Lucero and USTA Lead National Coach Leo Azevedo. She also works with coach Barry Horowitz.
Aron Hiltzik, (4/17/19976), Wilmette, Ill.: Hiltzik reached his first national final at the USTA Boys’ 16s Spring National Championships in Rancho Mirage, Calif. He is coached by Billy Heiser.
Jessica Ho, (1/5/1997), Wexford, Pa.: Ho captured the girls’ 16s title at the USTA International Spring Championships in Carson, Calif. She is coached by Alex Golub.
Alexandra Kiick, (6/30/1995), Plantation, Fla.: Kiick captured the title at the USTA International Spring Championships, where she beat compatriot Chalena Scholl in the final. Kiick trains at the USTA Training Center Headquarters in Boca Raton, Fla., with USTA Coach Troy Hahn, and also worked with Harold Solomon.
Stefan Kozlov, (2/1/1998), Pembroke Pines, Fla.: Kozlov reached the final of the USTA International Spring Championships, where he lost to compatriot Mitchell Krueger. He trains at the USTA Training Center in Boca with USTA National Coach Nicolas Todero, and came from the Kozlov Tennis Academy with his father, Andrei.
Mitchell Krueger, (1/12/1994), Aledo, Texas: Krueger won the USTA International Spring Championships in Carson, Calif., where he beat compatriot Stefan Kozlov. Krueger is coached by Dave Licker.
Mackenzie McDonald, (4/16/1995), Piedmont, Calif.: McDonald won his first career ITF World Junior Title at the Easter Bowl in Rancho Mirage, Calif. He is coached by Wayne Ferreira and Rosie Baeris.
Rachel Papavasilopoulos, (7/5/1999), Boca Raton, Fla.: Papavasilopoulos reached her first career national final at the USTA Girls’ 12s Spring National Championships in Delray Beach, Fla.
Tennys Sandgren, (7/22/1991), Gallatin, Tenn.: Sandgren reached the semifinals at the USTA Pro Circuit $15,000 Futures in Oklahoma City. Sandgren trains at the USTA Training Center-Headquarters in Boca Raton, Fla., and is coached by USTA National Coach Dustin Taylor. He also continues to train at the University of Tennessee, where he played collegiately, with coaches Sam Winterbotham and Chris Woodruff.
Chalena Scholl, (8/18/1995), Pompano Beach, Fla.: Scholl reached the final of the USTA International Spring Championships in Carson, Calif., where she lost to compatriot Allie Kiick. She is currently working with USTA National Coach Sylvain Guichard at the USTA Training Center Headquarters in Boca Raton, Fla., and also works with her brother, Joshua.
