Rhonda Hoffmann- Coordinator, Player ID and Development

Rhonda Hoffmann is the Coordinator of Player ID & Development. Hoffmann joined the USTA Player Development staff in August 2008.  She works closely with both the Player ID & Development and Coaching Education departments. Her responsibilities include working closely with all twenty-four of the current regional training centers and section staff throughout the 17 sections and overseeing the administration of the various RTC camps throughout the country. Additionally, she works closely with the department to assist with the administration of other initiatives offered by the Player ID & Development department to promote the further development of young American tennis players.
Rhonda earned her Associates of Arts degree from Ball State University (Muncie, Indiana) in 1984 and attended additional studies at the University of South Florida (Tampa, FL). Prior to joining the USTAPD staff, Rhonda worked for a large law firm in downtown Ft. Lauderdale as the office manager and assistant to the Managing Partner.
