Binta Kapadia started with the USTA in early 2011 as a part-time assistant at USTA Training Center-East. During the 2011 US Open she worked in the credentials department. In her current position, she supports the Manager of Training Center-East and handles the calendar of the General Manager of Player Development. Binta studied Media Communications arts at CUNY-City College.
