Hey everyone,

Day 3 was a pretty good day and ran much smoother than yesterday. There was only one match before mine, so I was basically on schedule.

I woke up around 6:45. I think I've adjusted to the time change because I really didn't want to get up today. Anyways, I had my usual bagel from the Bagel Factory and headed to the site for an 8am warm up with Alexios. It was a relaxed warm up, but we both felt like we were hitting the ball very well.

I got on the court around 9:30, a lot sooner than yesterday. I felt the ball much better than yesterday and moved through fairly comfortably, which is always nice as we're getting deeper into the tourney. I wanna say congrats to my man Shane Vinsant who saved 3 match points in his three-set battle. He went the distance today, so it was good he got the win.

After my match, I got a quick bite to eat at Panera and went back to the site and waited until our doubles match. Today our dubs was the definition of winning ugly. The tennis was not so pretty, and we really had to fight hard to get the win. Fortunately, we won it 10-5 in the third-set breaker.

After the doubles, I went back to the hotel and showered. I didn't get to eat at Chipotle tonight, but I got the free buffet downstairs in the lobby. I ate that and then walked to Yogurtland with Shane, Marcos Giron and Nicole Long. Unfortunately, I didn't get any dessert tonight... I want to make sure I'm all set for tomorrow's match.

After we got back to the hotel, I just hung out with Shane and Nicole. They wanted to watch a movie, but nobody could agree on what they wanted to watch, so we ended up watching nothing.

So that about sums up Day 3 in Carson. It was another long day, and it's getting late, so I'm gonna get going. Hopefully tomorrow will be another good day.

Later,
Bjorn
