The International Tennis Federation (ITF) requires that players use the ITF online entry system for entries to all ITF World Tennis Tour junior events. Online entries are available from the ITF at this link.

The criteria for acceptance into ITF World Tennis Tour junior events is listed in the ITF regulations. The USTA has created a special ranking list to be used for acceptances in ITF World Tennis Tour junior events.  The list is used at ITF World Tennis Tour junior circuit events in the United States once the list of players with current ITF junior rankings, ATP Tour rankings or WTA Tour rankings has been exhausted. The ITF has limited this special USA ranking list to 200 boys and 200 girls.

The Top 200 Ranking List will be calculated four (4) times per year. The following dates are for the initial calculation of the list, not the publish dates. The dates for 2022 are:

*All dates are subject to change.

The Top 200 list is calculated using the ITF World Tennis Number. For more information on the ITF World Tennis Number, please visit

Players who are age eligible for ITF tournaments will be included on the list. Players who have already earned ATP/WTA/ITF World Tennis Tour – Junior ranking points will be taken off the list, as they will be accepted into ITF World Tennis Tour – Junior events based on their ITF ranking.

The USTA Competitive Pathway department oversees the administration of the ranking list. If you have questions, please contact Sofia Donlevy.
