Casey Ratzlaff began playing wheelchair tennis at the age of 12 and quickly became one of the world's top junior wheelchair players. He has achieved success at every level since.

Ratzlaff was discovered by fellow Wichita native Nick Taylor, one of the world's most decorated quad players, at a wheelchair tennis clinic, and a year later, he was a member of the junior U.S. World Cup Team.

In 2015 and 2016, Ratzlaff led Team USA to junior World Team Cup titles, and in 2017, he was named to the men's World Team Cup team for the first time.

Ratzlaff, 20, reached a career-high junior ranking of No. 4 in the world in 2016, and he peaked at No. 29 in singles and a career-high No. 33 in doubles in the men's wheelchair division earlier this year. He goes into the 2019 World Team Cup ranked 30th in the world in singles and 33rd in doubles.

Ratzlaff currently attends Wichita State University.
