The monthly USTA Player Development Player and Coach Honor Roll recognizes the top performing young Americans and their coaches each month.

Here’s a look at some of the most outstanding performances turned in by American tennis players ages 20 and younger in September:

Jessica Aragon (June 13, 1999), Plano, Texas – Won the girls’ doubles title at the Grade 5 Austin ITF junior event in Texas.

Deiton Baughman (April 23, 1996), Carson, Calif. – Won the men’s doubles title at the $10,000 USTA Pro Circuit Futures event in Irvine, Calif. He is coached by his father, Brad.

Brian Berdusco (June 19, 1998), Bradenton, Fla. – Won the boys’ singles title at the Grade 5 Copa Coqui ITF junior event in Cabo Rojo, P.R.

Ulises Blanch (March 25, 1998), Pompano Beach, Fla. – Reached the semifinals of the Grade 1 Canadian Open ITF junior tournament in Repentigny, Canada. He is coached by Daniel Garcia, Rodrigo Alvarez and Claudio Menna.

Joshua Bode (Oct. 19, 1999), Reunion, Fla. – Won the boys’ singles title at the Grade 5 Honduras Junior Bowl ITF tournament in Comayaguela, Honduras, then reached the semifinals at the VIII Copa Mangu Grade 5 ITF junior event in the Dominican Republic.

Carson Branstine (Sept. 9, 2000), Orange, Calif. – Reached the girls’ singles quarterfinals at the US Open, then reached the semifinals of the Grade 2 Canadian U18 World Ranking ITF junior event in Montreal. She is coached by Rajko Mladenovic.

Catherine Broerman (May 8, 2001), Scottsdale, Ariz. – Won the girls’ singles title at the VIII Copa Mangu Grade 5 ITF junior event in the Dominican Republic. She is coached by Joey Blake.

Trent Bryde (Aug. 24, 1999), Suwanee, Ga. – Reached the singles final of the Grade 2 Canadian World Ranking ITF Junior event in Montreal. He is coached by Will Wright.

Caleb Chakravarthi (Jan. 2, 1999), Irvine, Calif. – Reached the singles semifinals at the Grade 2 Canadian World Ranking ITF Junior event in Montreal.

Nicole Coopersmith (May 8, 1999), Palm City, Fla. – Won the singles title at the $10,000 USTA Pro Circuit women’s event in Charleston, S.C. She is coached by her father, Roy.

Ivana Corley (Sept. 11, 1999), Albuquerque, N.M. – Reached the singles final at the Grade 5 Austin ITF junior event in Texas. She is coached by Ben Dunbar.

Andie Daniell (Jan. 7, 1997), Douglasville, Ga. – Won the women’s doubles title at the $10,000 USTA Pro Circuit women’s event in Charleston, S.C. She is coached by Gery Groslimond.

Kayla Day (Sept. 28, 1999), Santa Barbara, Calif. – Day (pictured above) won the US Open girls’ singles title and reached the doubles final. She is coached by Henner Nehles and Mike Gennette.

Caroline Dolehide (Sept. 5, 1998), Hinsdale, Ill. – Reached the women’s singles final at the $25,000 USTA Pro Circuit Collegiate Series event in Stillwater, Okla., and reached the US Open girls’ doubles final. She is coached by Tom Lockhart and Stephen Huss.

Brady Draheim (Sept. 12, 1998), Omaha, Neb. – Won the boys’ doubles title at the Grade 5 Austin ITF junior event in Texas. He is coached by Eric Rand.

Ernesto Escobedo (July 4, 1996), West Covina, Calif. – Reached the singles final at the $50,000 USTA Pro Circuit Men’s Challenger in Cary, N.C. He is coached by his father, Ernesto.

Brandon Freestone (May 15, 1999), Roswell, Ga. – Reached the boys’ singles final at the Grade 5 ITF Honduras Junior Bowl in Comayaguela, Honduras. He is coached by Grant Stafford.

Bradley Frye (April 26, 2000), Overland Park, Kan. – Won the boys’ doubles title at the Grade 5 Austin ITF junior event in Austin, Texas. He is coached by Bobby Bernstein.

Zachary Garner (March 25, 1999), Henderson, Nev. – Reached the boys’ singles semifinals at the Grade 5 ITF Honduras Junior Bowl in Comayaguela, Honduras. He is coached by Brent Kilray.

Imani Graham (Dec. 20, 2001), Saint Johns, Fla. – Won the girls’ doubles title and reached the singles final in the Grade 5 Panama Mid-Season ITF junior event in Llanos de Curundu, Panama. She is coached by David Witt.

Chloe Hamlin (Dec. 30, 1999), Bristol, Tenn. – Reached the girls’ singles semifinals at the Grade 4 XXI Torneo Internacional de Tenis Junior UC ITF junior event in Santiago, Chile.

Jada Hart (March 19, 1998), Colton, Calif. – Won the girls’ doubles title at the US Open. She is coached by Stella Sampras Webster and Rance Brown.

Jordan Harris (Oct. 27, 2000), Harbor City, Calif. – Won the girls’ singles title at the Grade 5 Copa Arabe Internacional ITF event in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, and reached the semifinals at the Grade 5 Honduras Bowl in Comayaguela and the Grade 5 Austin ITF in Austin, Texas. She is coached by Nico Riego De Dios.

Trey Hilderbrand (May 15, 2000), San Antonio, Texas – Won the singles title and reached the doubles final at the Grade 5 Austin ITF event in Austin, Texas. He is coached by his father, Mark.

Jessica Ho (Jan. 5, 1997), Wexford, Pa. – Reached the semifinals at the $10,000 pro women’s event in Hammamet, Tunisia.

Dasha Ivanova (Oct. 11, 1996), Beaverton, Ore. – Reached the semifinals at the $10,000 pro women’s event in Prague, Czech Republic, then reached the final at the $10,000 tournament in Roehampton, Great Britain. She is coached by Barbora Bozkova.

Sofia Kenin (Nov. 14, 1998), Pembroke Pines, Fla. – Reached the girls’ semifinals at the US Open, then reached the final at the $50,000 USTA Pro Circuit women’s event in Las Vegas. She is coached by her father, Alex.

Zane Khan (Feb. 11, 2002), New Braunfels, Texas – Reached the boys’ singles final at the Grade 5 Austin ITF junior event in Austin, Texas. He is coached by Shariq Khan.

Ashley Kratzer (Feb. 8, 1999), Newport Beach, Calif. – Reached the singles semifinals of the $25,000 USTA Pro Circuit Collegiate Series event in Lubbock, Texas. She is coached by Harold Solomon.

Patrick Kypson (Oct. 28, 1999), Raleigh, N.C. – Reached the boys’ singles quarterfinals at the US Open. He is coached by Mat and Chris Cloer.

Jaycer Lyeons (Nov. 16, 2000), Houston – Reached the boys’ singles semifinals at the Grade 5 Austin ITF event in Austin, Texas. He is coached by his father, Joe.

Michael Mmoh (Jan. 10, 1998), Bradenton, Fla. – Qualified and reached the singles final at the $100,000 USTA Pro Circuit Challenger in Tiburon, Calif. He is coached by Glenn Weiner.

Ingrid Neel (June 16, 1998), Rochester, Minn. – Won the doubles title at the $50,000 USTA Pro Circuit women’s event in Atlanta. She is coached by Margie Zesinger.

Vanessa Ong (Jan. 13, 2002), Tulsa, Okla. – Advanced to the girls’ singles quarterfinals at the US Open as a lucky loser. She is coached by Trent Tucker.

Pierce Rollins (July 14, 2001), Tulsa, Okla. – Qualified and reached the semifinals at the Grade 5 ITF Panama Mid-Season junior event in Llanos de Curundo, Panama. He is coached by Trent Tucker.

Alexandre Rotsaert (Oct. 14, 1999), Boca Raton, Fla. – Won the boys’ doubles title at the Grade 2 2016 Canadian U18 World Ranking ITF junior event in Montreal. He is coached by Jean Philippe Fleurian.

Alex Rybakov (Jan. 27, 1997), Coral Springs, Fla. – Won the doubles title at a Men’s Futures event in Santa Margherita Di Pula, Italy, then reached the singles semifinals at another Futures tournament in the same town. He is coached by his father, Nick, and David Roditi.

Sofia Sewing (July 22, 1999), Miami – Swept the girls’ singles and doubles titles at the Grade 2 2016 Canadian U18 World Ranking ITF junior event in Montreal.  

Ena Shibahara (Feb. 12, 1998), Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif. – Won the girls’ doubles title at the US Open. She is coached by Stella Sampras Webster and Rance Brown.

Eliot Spizzirri (Dec. 23, 2001), Greenwich, Conn. – Reached the boys’ singles semifinals at the Grade 5 Honduras Junior Bowl ITF tournament in Comayaguela, Honduras. He is coached by Patrick Hirscht.

Lauren Stein (May 23, 2002), Paradise Valley, Ariz. – Swept the girls’ singles and doubles titles at the Grade 5 Panama Mid-Season ITF junior event in Llanos de Curundu, Panama. She is coached by Adam Altschuler.

Natasha Subhash (Sept. 2, 2001), Fairfax, Va. – Reached the girls’ singles semifinals at the Grade 2 2016 Canadian U18 World Ranking ITF junior event in Montreal. She is coached by Parker “Bear” Schofield.

Danny Thomas (Nov. 22, 1999), Pickerington, Ohio – Won consecutive doubles titles at Men’s Futures events in Israel. He is coached by Kelly Story and David Kass.

Frances Tiafoe (Jan. 20, 1998), Hyattsville, Md. – Reached the singles semifinals at the $50,000 USTA Pro Circuit Men’s Challenger in Cary, N.C. He is coached by Jose Higueras and Nicolas Todero.

Niroop Vallabhaneni (May 28, 2002), Paradise Valley, Ariz. – Reached the boys’ singles semifinals at the Grade 5 Copa Araba Internacional junior event in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. He is coached by Jeremy Coll.

Luba Vasilyuk (Jan. 16, 2000), Frisco, Texas – Reached the girls’ singles semifinals at the Grade 5 Austin ITF junior event in Austin, Texas. She is coached by Dave Licker.

William Woodall (Feb. 14, 2000), Washington, D.C. – Won the boys’ singles title at the Grade 5 Panama Mid-Season junior event in Llanos de Curundu, Panama. He is coached by Asaf Yamin.

Shelly Yaloz (Dec. 12, 2000), Little Neck, N.Y. – Reached the singles and doubles finals at the Grade 5 VIII Copa Mangu ITF junior event in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She is coached by Adrian Contreras.

Delara Zamani (Nov. 12, 1999), Frisco, Texas – Won the girls’ doubles title at the Grade 5 Austin ITF junior event in Austin, Texas.

Marlee Zein (June 11, 2000), Sugarland, Texas – Won the girls’ singles title at the Grade 5 Austin ITF junior event in Austin, Texas.

Evan Zhu (Aug. 15, 1998), Irvine, Calif. – Qualified and reached the singles final at the $10,000 USTA Pro Circuit Men’s Futures event in Claremont, Calif.

Kevin Zhu (Aug. 30, 2000), Houston – Reached the boys’ singles semifinals at the Grade 5 Austin ITF junior event in Austin, Texas.

Tyler Zink (Jan. 30, 2001), Lakewood Ranch, Fla. – Won the boys’ singles title at the Grade 5 Copa Arabe Internacional ITF junior event in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. He is coached by his father, George.
